Work days:5 days (Full 9 hours shift during Monday - Friday and training/ briefing on Saturday, if needed)
Job description:
We are looking for a confident, outgoing, extremely organized person to provide/support of our client’s staffing needs. This person will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing candidates from both conventional and unconventional resources to help various positions and on occasion other positions within the company. This position may require travel outside India and be responsible for representing us at different events.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment in order to fill a high volume of diverse openings Conducts sourcing activities which may include but is not limited to cold calling, utilizing social media, on-line job boards and recruitment databases, state medical boards and professional association sites, regional conferences and state chapter meetings Builds a qualified talent pipeline and maintains relationships with key stakeholders Qualifies, presents and schedules candidates to fulfill client requirements Keeps current with candidate sourcing techniques and resources. Works collaboratively with Marketing Team and follows up on leads in a timely manner
Requirements:
Excellent written, verbal English communication skills Graduate/ Post Graduate Ability to establish a cooperative, collaborative working environment Willing to travel out of India when required Your character is more important than any level of skill , experience, or education.
